Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to licenses for Apex Optimizer, Custom Popup, DeepPress AI and the 3-plugin bundle bought from this website. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are paid back through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

1. 14-day refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the Plugin does not work as described on its product page, and our support was not able to fix the problem or provide a workable solution within a reasonable time;
• you did not receive your license key or download access, and we could not resolve it;
• you were charged twice for the same product by mistake.

2. What is not covered

• Change of mind after the license key has been activated and the Plugin downloaded, or requests made after the 14-day window.
• Problems caused by incompatibility with a theme, another plugin or a hosting setup that does not meet the stated requirements (WordPress and PHP versions) and that cannot reasonably be fixed.
• Fees charged by third-party services connected to a Plugin (for example, AI, search or image provider API costs). These are paid directly to those providers.
• Licenses revoked for breach of the Terms of Service (for example, publicly shared keys).
• Renewal payments: please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal and have not used the renewed license, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.

3. Subscriptions

If you purchased a yearly subscription, you can cancel at any time using the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, it may end once you have downloaded the Plugin or activated the license with your consent.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us on Telegram at @apexshopSUPP with your order number or the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We will review requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the related license key is deactivated.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can solve the problem faster. A license whose payment is charged back is deactivated.
